About

Throughout my work in a variety of mental health settings, one theme has remained constant: people want to be treated with kindness, respect, and without judgment. Many are doing the best they can, even when their actions are misunderstood or viewed as mistakes. What we seek is a compassionate presence and a care plan to honor our unique story and journey.

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and families across all age groups, often in complex and challenging situations. My passion for supporting children—especially children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and other neurological conditions led to completion of a fellowship -Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) Program at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

With training in both traditional and integrative approaches, I blend evidence-based therapies to build awareness around thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with holistic options such as lifestyle changes, mindfulness, and supportive therapy. My goal is to listen, understand your story, and walk alongside you step by step to clarity and calm.
