Rates & Insurance

We are in the process of getting credentialed with some insurances. Due to special requirements, please check with your plan before you seek services with us if using insurance. The plan will recommend providers within the network.

Contact us for rates. Cost of services are disclosed to you before you consent to services. You may discuss a sliding scale fee with your provider.

Payment in full is expected at the time of booking or service. We will provide you with Super Bill (invoice) after your appointment.  We do not bill or claim any payment from your insurer.  

Payment

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.  

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment, otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
